Using a specialized and professional-grade whitening system, we combine proven techniques with a personalized approach to create an experience that goes far beyond what you can achieve with over-the-counter strips or at-home whitening trays and products. Signature ($249, recommended): coffee, tea, soda or wine stains, about 8-12+ shades. Ultimate ($299, most popular): deeper stains or your maximum result, about 8-18+ shades. Refresh ($99) and Couples Refresh ($179) are touch-ups for returning clients. Results vary. How does the deposit work? Your deposit goes toward your session price. Single sessions $99, couples $149, Refresh $49 (Couples Refresh $99). With at least 48 hours' notice, it can be moved or refunded. Will it hurt? I have sensitive teeth. Most clients feel little to no discomfort. Tell us when you book and we can shorten cycles, add breaks, and use Vitamin E and BluMineral for comfort. How long do results last? Often 6 months or longer. We recommend a $99 Refresh every 3-6 months. Does it work on crowns, veneers or fillings? No. Whitening only works on natural teeth. Is it safe? Peroxide-based whitening is generally considered safe for healthy teeth and gums when used as directed. We are not a dental office and do not diagnose or treat dental conditions. Please see your dentist first if you have tooth pain, gum concerns or cavities. Age, pregnancy and nursing Clients must be 14 or older, and clients under 18 need parent or guardian consent. We do not whiten clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. How long is the appointment? Plan for up to 90 minutes. We hold a 10-minute grace period. How should I prepare? Don't brush or floss for 2 hours before your session, and arrive without lipstick or gloss. Eat and drink as normal. Can I have coffee afterward? Yes, there's no waiting period. Rinse with water after dark drinks to help your results last. Does insurance cover it? No. Whitening is cosmetic, and we don't accept dental insurance or HSA/FSA. Ways to save: couples sessions save $99, Smile Rewards earns $20 for you and a friend you refer, and Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay are available for eligible clients. Questions? Cancellation Policy
**CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS**
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be accommodating. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment:
Your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours:
If you reschedule at the time of cancellation, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment. A 20% cancellation fee may apply at the time of cancellation.
**If a second cancellation is made within 48 hours, the 20% cancellation fee will apply, regardless of whether the appointment is rescheduled again.
No-Shows:
Appointments missed without notice are considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited and a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

**LATE ARRIVALS**
Every client deserves the full SmileSpa experience, so please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided when necessary. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a modified service, rescheduling, or cancellation of the appointment in order to respect the schedule of the next client.
If an appointment must be cancelled due to a late arrival, the booking deposit may be forfeited.
